Fred Lewis
CEO & Co-Founder

Mr. Lewis is one of the most accomplished manufacturing and logistics experts in the United States. For more than 35 years, he has owned businesses across multiple industries including apparel manufacturing, brand marketing, physical and digital display, warehousing-fulfillment and distribution.  He employs full-time teams in the United States and Asia, and has built an infrastructure that yields extraordinary results for clients like NBC Universal, ABC Disney, Sony Pictures, Nintendo and others.

When COVID-19 ravaged the United States PPE supply-chain, Mr. Lewis’ business assets were uniquely positioned to make a substantial impact.  Following a full recovery from a quintuple-bypass in 2019, Mr. Lewis had a specific compassion for the safety of healthcare professionals.  This was the impetus for the founding of J2 Medical Supply, Inc. – a business named after his two sons.

Mrs. Lewis has been a creative leader for more than 30 years.  She has experience in the branded merchandise arena, including sourcing and product development.  She has developed some of the most impactful campaigns for clients like NBC Universal, Sony Pictures, Stretto and other industry leaders.  Additionally, Mrs. Lewis has led her teams in sourcing and production, yielding award-winning solutions.

Mrs. Lewis prides herself on being a service provider to improve areas that can yield better results and save valuable marketing dollars. She has a proven track record of cultivating high-performance and customer-focused environments. She achieves this by “hiring great people to do great things” and always putting the customer first.  Mrs. Lewis has an unwavering passion she carries in her heart for her family and her career.  The key to her success is the ability to have authentic interpersonal relationships by cultivating heart-to-heart connections with anyone who crosses her path.

Mrs. Rinderle brings 17+ years of healthcare experience with a specialty in contract performance optimization, national account management and sales. Mrs. Rinderle led strategic relationship management for two of the nation’s largest GPOs, most recently as Senior Director, Programs and Innovation Strategy at Captis/Vizient. Mrs. Rinderle delivers exponential value, through maximum contract participation and implementation, as well as overseeing development of new supply assurance programs.

Mrs. Alnimri brings 20+ years of experience in a healthcare group purchasing with expertise in negotiated products, pricing, contract compliance and contact maintenance. Mrs. Alnimri also has 10+ years in government logistics and prime vendor distribution accounts. As a contracting consultant, Mrs. Alnimri won and maintained Federal Supply Schedule awards for multiple medical product manufacturers, including Distribution and Pricing Agreements for the Defense Logistics Agencies. Mrs. Alnimri also oversaw a government sales team consisting of inside sales, online bids, and Guam operations.

National Director of Sales

Mr. Murray brings 10+ years entrepreneurial and leadership experience from the investment, commercial and residential property construction industry. Mr. Murray successfully negotiated and implemented major national contracts, and effectively led a labor force of greater than 50 employees during his tenure. Mr. Murray excels in sales, having historically held various roles across the solar, energy and wireless industries. He achieved millions in sales within his first year in the healthcare industry and continues to lead the J2 Medical Supply Team in individual sales performance year over year. Mr. Murray is an experienced professional, with accomplishments that reach across the sales continuum, from new business prospecting to customer relationship management, and account management to strategic program development.
